Zoe McGregor (ゾーィ＝マクレガー Zōi Makuregā?) is a magician appearing in Toaru Majutsu no Index Struggle Battle II, who is apparently linked to Usamimi.[1]
Etymology[]
Zoe's surname might be a reference to the full name of Aleister's former mentor and Golden Dawn founder Mathers, Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers.
Appearance[]
Zoe has silver hair and light blue eyes. She wears a light blue tube top, a blue jacket, dark blue trousers with the left leg rolled up and a black holster attached to it, an orange belt, grey shoes and a pendant. She also carries a wooden wand with a blue crystal in the top end.[1]

Zoe's background is largely unknown, but she is apparently linked to Usamimi, in particular White Usamimi.[1]
